Abstract
We have developed a high performance of flexible lanthanum‐zinc‐oxide (LaZnO) thin‐film transistor (TFT) and high gain inverter by spray pyrolysis. The flexible LaZnO TFT on polyimide (PI) substrate exhibits the mobility of 20.08 cm2V−1s−1 and zero hysteresis voltage, which is robust under 30k cycles out‐folding.
