Abstract
We report multi‐color semiconductor phosphor thin films based on amorphous Ga2Ox semiconductor (a‐Ga2Ox), which improved quantum efficiency compared to already‐reported a‐IGZO:Eu. Doping of Eu, Sm, Pr, Dy and Tb emitted different visible colors such as red, yellow, and green. Photoemission spectroscopy revealed their electronic structures and light‐emission mechanisms.
