Abstract
We present the simple and efficient fabrication process of porous poly imide films for the light extraction layer of OLEDs. With a single coating process and a conventional immersion precipitation method, 1.4 times higher values of power efficiency and external quantum efficiency were achieved than the reference device. Also, we demonstrate the angular distribution of emitted light can be controlled through the process condition.
