Abstract
In automotive display field, it requires higher black luminance uniformity because of the high brightness, large size of panel which shows mostly black background. In this paper, we analyzed and classified the types of light leakage in black picture, found the key factor of influencing the black luminance uniformity, and optimized the black uniformity performance from the aspects of design and materials finally obtained the high black uniformity value for LCD panels in TLCM.
