Abstract

AbstractIn this work, the nanosphere lithography had been used to build the patterned metal thin film to achieve both good conductivity and high transparency. The optimized case had a metal thin film which had transparency in the range of 80∼85% and sheet resistance lower than 35Ω;/□. We used this transparent conductive anode to demonstrate an Alq3‐based OLED with 84% enhanced current efficiency as compared to the device with ITO anode.
