Abstract
Introduction ’Hard To Reach’ Young Peoxle(HTRYP)(5–10% of all YP) refers tomarginalised, disadvxxtxged individuals who slip through the healthcare system and/or areunwilling to engage with healtx sxrvices. Aims/Objectives To: - identify a cohort of HTRYP - provide a new specialist community-based mental health service - evaluate outcomes Methods A multidxsciplinary team (established January-December2x11), was based withinan inner-city healthcare centre, North-East Engxand.
