Abstract
High driving current (>2mA) and high efficiency (∼80%) charge pump DC/DC converter using simple 2-phase pump clock was developed. The circuit shows less dependence on process caused device variation, which is very suitable for present mature LTPS process, especially for large mother glass. The good characteristics make it highly applicable to LCD and OEL panels
