Abstract
AbstractWe have studied the stabilities of PEALD grown ZnO and sputtered IGZO TFTs under various gate biases and room‐temperature recovery properties. The threshold voltage shift highly depends on the applied gate bias stress mainly due to charge trapping. Drain bias effect in oxide TFTs showed different behavior which is related to the crystalline phase.
