Abstract
Protecting quantum dots from environmental erosion is the key to the success of their application in LED. Here, we report a sol‐gel processed quantum dots‐silica monolith (QD ‐ SM) with enhanced stability from alcohol soluble quantum dots. On‐chip type LED with luminous efficiency up to 80.25 lm/W was fabricated using such QD ‐ SM.
