Abstract

AbstractIncorporation of dibenzothiophene units into emissive materials (CH1) increased the charge carrier mobility in the order of 10−3 cm2 V−1s−1. Mixing the hole‐rich CH1 with electron transporting PH3 in the emissive layers in appropriate proportions enhanced efficiency, lowered the driving voltage and prolonged the lifetime of the green and red phosphorescent OLED devices. Green phosphorescent OLED achieved an efficiency of 44.6 lm/W at a driving voltage of 3.67V and exhibited a lifetime of 115Kh (T50) at an initial luminance of 1000 nits.
