Abstract
Thoracic paravertebral blocks (PVB) have been shown to be effective for analgesia after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), both with single injection and multiple injection techniques [1,2]. However, no studies to date have compared the superiority of either technique. Thus, in this study, we compared the efficacy of single injection-PVB and multiple injection-PVB on postoperative analgesia in VATS.
