Abstract
Background: Rap1b is known to play a role in the progression of angiogenesis and migration. Our previous study found that Rap1b was over-expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Based on our previous results, we investigated the role of Nrf2 in cell proliferation and invasion in ESCC.
