Abstract

In this study, PtOEP/poly(p-FSt-co-TFEMA) fluoropolymer film based on the dynamic fluorescence quenching mechanism was prepared by embedded platinum octaethylporphyrin (PtOEP) in poly (p-fluorostyrene-co-trifluoroethyl methacrylate) (poly(p-FSt-co-TFEMA)) film via solvent evaporation method. The oxygen-sensing properties, including the sensitivity, fluorescence intensity, and photo-stability, were evaluated based on variable indicator concentration and film thickness. The optimal parameters were determined through a series of parallel experiments. Results indicate a film thickness of 16 μm and an optimal PtOEP concentration of 1.0 mM. Under optimal conditions, the PtOEP/poly(p-FSt-co-TFEMA) fluoropolymer film exhibited an adequate signal-to noise ratio, high oxygen sensitivity and satisfactory anti-photo-bleaching ability.
