Abstract

In article number 1903572, In Young Kim, Ajayan Vinu, and co-workers discover thermodynamically stable C3N7 composed of tetrazine, triazole and guanidine moieties. Its structure is buckled due to electrostatic repulsion between nitrogen atoms. This study proves that nitrogen atoms in the tetrazine moiety of C3N7 are very effective in the adsorption of O2 species for the oxygen reduction reaction.
