Abstract

In reduced two-dimensional titanium suboxide (TinO2n−1, n = 2, 3, 4…) nanostructures, exchange interactions between the reduced d1 ions and singly charged oxygen vacancy defects induce a remarkably strong dilute ferromagnetic property.
