Abstract
1. 1. Oxygen dissociation curves of diluted Crangon blood were measured at 338 mμ. 2. 2. Increase in pH and especially buffer ionic strength increased oxygen affinity and ligand binding site interaction. 3. 3. The buffer species was also found to affect oxygen affinity.
