Abstract
New Japanese research is expected to accelerate improvements in the performance and development of SOFCs. Researchers at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science & Technology (AIST) and Mitsubishi Materials Corporation have obtained the conduction (diffusion) path of oxide ions (O 2−) in the fast oxide-ion conductor, doped lanthanum gallate.
