Abstract

The brief characteristics of some global and regional (for major sectors of the planet) paleotectonic reconstructions that have been published within the last five years are given. The development of these reconstructions was facilitated by the progress in computer technologies of modeling the paleospace and in paleomagnetic methods. Reconstructions span the period from the Proterozoic to Phanerozoic.
