Abstract
Medical robots have been developing rapidly over the past few decades. According to the functions and uses of robots, medical robots are divided into: neurosurgical robots, orthopedic robots, endoscopic surgical robots, vascular interventional robots, prosthetic exoskeleton robots and assisted rehabilitation robots. The research and application of typical surgical robots at home and abroad are introduced in detail. The key technologies of medical robots are described, such as surgical robotics, $3\mathrm{D}$ medical image modeling, virtual surgery simulation and teleoperation network transmission. The analysis also pointed out the direction of future development.
