Overcoming differences as creative imperative

Abstract

Interpersonal relationships need to be developed and improved by the diversity as creative potential. To make it possible it is needed one to have a true attitude of esteem toward every single man as well as toward all kinds of collectivism. Origin and religious affiliation in the fullness of freedom gifted by God stop being factors of division but they take major role to identify both individuals and collectivisms where-by the knowledge of others makes a creative progression due to the absence of selfishness. The knowledge is not based on a conflict, vengefulness and malicious joy but is directed to a creative dialog. A long way it takes to accept something that is different and some different persons as well. Peaceful and dynamic coexistence requires the appreciation of others as well as the same route for all of us. One remains to be selfish as long as he accepts a dispassionate massification without letting go of great passion in him. Upon we open ourselves up to others we become ready to grow in a creative way. Then we are able to recognize all diversities which approve us equality to diversity. And, because all of us aim toward the same and none of us endanger identity of other. Thus all of our diversities get a creative function and become important facts of harmonized mosaic of life; they are not obstacles we stumble over. But it is needed one to make efforts continuously by doing good deeds where modernizes all the good from the past in the present time. All which is unclear and make a burden need to be removed if it is regarded as an obstacle on a mutual way. One who acts according to all the above - a creative imperative overcomes all differences by accepting as well as understanding others without giving up of self and his personal identity as well.
