Abstract

To really sell the value of User Centered Design (UCD) research you must be able to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) to your company. A strong case study is one of the best ways to educate the organization about the need for end to end research.Strong case studies to sell the value of User Centered Design (UCD) research and get a better return on investment (ROI).
