Abstract

Survival rates have been improving for AIDS patients and for cancer patients, but little is known about whether survival has improved in people with both AIDS and cancer. Researchers linked data from the New York State Cancer Registry and the New York City HIV/AIDS Registry to evaluate survival after cancer in adults with and without AIDS.
