Abstract

The impact of supraphysiologic hormone levels on endometrial receptivity during fresh IVF cycles remains unclear. In order to isolate ovarian stimulation as a potential modifier of receptivity, we used a large national database to compare pregnancy outcomes in fresh autologous vs. donor-recipient IVF cycles in 20-30 year-old women.
