Ovarian response and pregnancy outcome related to mid-follicular LH levels in women undergoing assisted reproduction with GnRH agonist down-regulation (GnRHa) and recombinant FSH stimulation

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate ovarian response and pregnancy outcome in relation to mid-follicular LH levels after down-regulation with GnRHa and ovarian stimulation with recombinant FSH ( rec FSH), and to approach the mechanisms, determining the residual LH activity in down-regulated women.
