Abstract
Ovarian lymphangiomas are rare benign cystic tumours, with only 13 cases reported in the literature to date [1]. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been studied extensively in ovarian disease, and the features of many benign and malignant ovarian tumours have been described [2±4]. To our knowledge the MRI ®ndings in ovarian lymphangioma have not been reported previously. We report the case of a 57-year-old woman who was found incidentally to have an ovarian lymphangioma during a study of the eects of hormone replacement therapy on the uterus.
