Abstract

Outsourcing information technology (IT) within organizations is one of the more popular ways that organizations are able to maintain focus and competitiveness. To complete this outsourcing process, organizations turn to IT managed service providers (IT MSPs). IT MSPs have had no trouble acquiring customers. The problem is keeping these customers. As per Computer Weekly, the customer turnover for MSPs is as high as four customers leaving for every five that are acquired. For someone that has spent years on both sides of the table, working for the IT MSPs and experiencing the IT MSPs as a customer, here are five key lessons that will increase the odds of IT MSP success at your organization.
