Abstract

In this work an output regulation for first order nonlinear systems based on fractional PI controllers and singular perturbations technique is studied. The method objective is to guarantee desired performances in the presence of process parameters variations and perturbations. To obtain these performances, an optimization algorithm is utilized to determine the parameters of fractional PI controller. Then, the singular perturbations technique is used to evaluate the properties of the closed-loop system. A numerical example is presented to show the benefit of our method.
