Abstract
AIR CONDITIONING IS GROWING UP, and it is now pre/ paring to make its bid for the mass market. Considering the prolonged hot and humid weather that affected most of the country last summer and resulted in a sellout of virtually all types of air-cooling devices and airconditioning equipment by mid-July, it might be well to consider the indicated strong growth potentials for the infant air-conditioning industry and what it might mean to certain well-situated companies, especially since this is no longer a seasonal business.
