Abstract
Outer retinal disruption in early-onset Birdshot chorioretinopathy appears as bilateral, fovea-sparing ellipsoid zone (EZ) disruption on OCT and hypofluorescent dots on late indocyanine green angiography. EZ regenerates with treatment, but focal outer retinal defects may persist.
