Abstract

The modified Kestenbaum procedure is effective for surgical management of anomalous head position (AHP) associated with infantile nystagmus (INS). Some patients with AHP have coexisting strabismus which affects surgical planning. We report surgical design and outcomes for INS patients having coincident AHP and strabismus.
