Abstract

(Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand. 2022;101:506–513) Complete uterine rupture or the rupture of the myometrium occurs in 0.5% of trial of labor after cesarean delivery (TOLAC) births and is related to several adverse events. Few studies regarding the impact of uterine rupture on future delivery have been conducted and have small population sizes. This study aimed to identify later pregnancy outcomes after uterine rupture, identify complications related to the delivery, and compare early pregnancy complications with a control group.
