Abstract

Purpose: Bracing, thoraco-lumbar-sacral orthosis (TLSO), has been accepted as mainstay of treatment for symptomatic spondylolysis (SP) and grade I spondylolisthesis (SPL1). However increasing costs and patient noncompliance can make bracing prohibitive and difficult to manage.
