Abstract
Twenty-six virus isolations were made from broiler flocks in the Delmarva area experiencing respiratory disease between 3 and 5 weeks following vaccination for infectious bronchitis. The tracheal organ culture technique was used for serotyping by the constant-serum variable-virus serum neutralization test. Twenty-four of the isolates were the JMK type of infectious bronchitis virus. Serological relationships between the JMK, Gray, and Florida strains are reported.
