Abstract

As wireless communication systems include 5G, 6G, and IoT, will soon be deployed worldwide, finding a perfect technique for improving the security performance of such systems has got significant importance for researchers. One of the most promising techniques for the security of wireless communication systems is Physical layer (PHY) security. In this work, we investigate the probability outage of a downlink Cloud Radio Access Network (CRAN) with optimal Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) node selection. The reference paper considered channel estimation (CE) errors and employed a method that is based on the linear minimum mean-square error (MMSE) Estimation and proposed a three-phase transmission scheme to obtain channel state information (CSI).
