Abstract

After the collapse of the Soviet Union and of the socialist economic system as a whole, the global economic development started to gain notable acceleration, mainly due to the success of the Chinese People's Republic, the former socialist countries of Central Europe, the Baltic States and others.Solution of some problems in the field of socio-economic development, as it is known, is associated with the practically mandatory emergence of other. For example, the over increased burden on the global ecological system under the unconditional priority of capitalist relations of production, provoke a growing concern of the world population. But, to be honest, the socialist economic system did not manifested special attitude to preserve the environment. The fate of the Aral Sea and the flowing into it of the once fairly deep rivers (Syr Darya and Amu Darya) are a proof of this.
