Abstract

Two siblings had diabetes insipidus, diabetus mellitus, optic atrophy and deafness. This combination of abnormalities is known as the Wolfram syndrome. The hearing impairment in case 1 is bilateral high tone sensorineural hearing loss of moderate severity and in 2 it is slight bilateral high tone sensorineural hearing loss.
