OT Practitioners’ Use of Standardized Assessments in Acute Care

Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/22/2023 Researchers looked at the use of standardized assessments in acute care. Results showed that more OT practitioners are using standardized assessments than has been found in previous research. Researchers investigated the most commonly used standardized assessments, the most common reasons for choosing a standardized assessment, and how standardized assessments are being used for treatment and discharge planning.
