Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/06/19 Care coordination has been identified as a key component of new healthcare models. The study purpose was to explore the perceptions of pediatric OT practitioners regarding their role in care coordination activities. Ten participants with an average of over 18 years of experience participated in interviews with five resulting themes. Implications for OT practice included the need for adapted productivity standards, opportunities for billing, and increased education regarding care coordination.
