Abstract
Introduction: Treatment options for anterior table fractures of frontal sinus fractures are obliteration or reconstruction of the frontal sinus. When impaired drainage of the frontal sinus is suspected obliteration is performed most commonly to avoid postoperative complications. The indication for obliteration versus reconstruction of frontal sinus remains controversial.
