Abstract

The formation of a radiating plasma region due to a discharge in an electrolyte is considered. Temperature and plasma density of the discharge are measured. Oscillatory processes in the discharge plasma in the range 10 kHz – 100 MHz are investigated. A connection between these processes and the appearance of low-frequency plasma waves is proposed.
