Abstract

This paper is concerned with the study of the oscillatory behavior of solutions of the nth-order nonlinear differential equation ( a( t) x ( n − v) ( t)) ( v) + q( t) f( x[ g( t)]) = 0, where n is even and 1 ⩽ v ⩽ n − 1. A systematic study is attempted which extends and correlates a number of existing results.
