Abstract

本研究では,フェライト系耐熱鋼であるMod.9Cr-1Mo鋼の3種類の環状切欠き試験片を用いてひずみ制御の非比例多軸低サイクル疲労試験を行った.用いたひずみ経路は,垂直ひずみ範囲を一定とした9種類の比例および非比例負荷経路である.き裂発生繰返し数および破損繰返し数は応力集中係数が大きいほど,小さくなった.また,比例負荷に比べて非比例負荷下におけるき裂発生繰返し数が短いことがわかった.
