Abstract

This study aims to identify, in the view of project managers, the performance conditions factors of the strategic projects present in a Court of Justice. The survey was developed and applied the descriptive type, with regard to the objectives; literature review and case study about the procedures; and qualitative, on the approach. In general, the results revealed that conditions presented in the literature are in the public organization researched with low, medium or high intensity; the Project Management Office is recognized as a way to improve project management, with the need for some of its functions are enhanced; that as a means to strengthen the factors that contribute to improving the performance and mitigate the affect that can be highlighted: prioritizing projects to be executed by the units, enhancement of training for project managers and improved supervision of projects and mentoring activity.
