Abstract
The concept of the perturbative nature of the fermion mass hierarchy phenomenologically leads to the fourth-generation fermion condensate and a new neutral vector boson {ital Z}{prime}. The mass hierarchy and the realistic-by-all-its-properties Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix are the immediate consequences of such a scheme. An attempt is made to build a dynamical model which could reproduce these and other properties of the standard model without using fundamental Higgs scalars.
