Tu 11w Sierra dc Javalambrc a prc-middle Bajocian volcaniclastie outcrop (Camarena-’?> showing cross-bedding is analysed; sedimentological mid paleontological dala suggest that this struetuTe was formed by piling dunes up n a shallow water marine environment. Epiclastie processes have reworked the primary volcanielastic material.
