Abstract

The channeling of kilovolt electrons passing through an isotropic micellar solution of a surfactant is used to study the effect weak magnetic field pulses have on short-range order in the arrangement of molecular associates. It is found that magnetic pulse treatment of this solution results in the short-range order of micellar structures. The results demonstrate the possibility of using the channeling of low-energy electrons to study the features of the effect of magnetic pulse treatment on short-range order in the arrangement of atoms or molecular associates.
