Abstract

The summer is just about over and it's time to get into high gear for the fall semester. You've most likely spent some time in the spring or summer hiring new faculty, both full and part time. There is nothing more important for a dean or provost to do than to orient and mentor new faculty. However, sometimes this falls through the cracks. We're all so incredibly busy preparing for the fall term that often this important task gets overlooked.
