Abstract
In the dynamically changing world where new technologies are rapidly developing it is necessary for the company to be able to respond promptly to changes in the market environment. Very important factor currently is innovation, differentiation from the competition. Well-defined processes, working with innovative ideas and realization of innovation is crucial for the company competitive advantage. It is also necessary that the innovation processes are represented in the information system.The aim of this article is based on a detailed analysis of the literature sources and the research develop to design the Model of Organize Innovation Activities in Company.
