Abstract
For varying purposes of outer space communities, appropriate mindscape types must be selected for their specific organizational structure and function. Business firms which have multicultural personnel have experienced successful and unsuccessful ways to combine many mindscape types. Much can be learned from their practice. Mindscape types are partly innate and partly learned. Selection and training of the crew members must take this fact into consideration.
