Abstract
Storytelling is increasingly being used in knowledge management (KM) projects. KM is an emerging multi-disciplinary approach that systematizes the capture, codification, sliaring and dissemination of knowledge. This survey of the field takes a social constructionist approach in assessing how narrative analysis of organizational stories can provide a conceptual framework for the study of organizational knowledge sharing.
